Good pay/benefits, but stressful work and high employee-turnover

Pros

The organization itself is great and believes in its employees enough to help them grow as professionals. The benefits and pay are significantly better than other human services agencies in the state. They've been willing to provide extensive training and even pay for outside trainings.

Cons

Most positions seem to be very high-stress, and with ever-increasing demands this leads to high employee turnover. Management has definitely been known to expect way too much from way too little. Their use of technology is also a blessing a a curse as they require the use of more and more web apps to manage information on a very slow network.
