Pros
Busy, but great! Culture seems to want to work from ~9 - 6 or so... but it's not set in stone. As long as you're producing you'll be good to go! But, the same should be said of any company. There are not "set in stone" work hours, but generally just aim for 40-45 hrs a week. Come in early, leave early. Come in later, leave later. Very little micromanagement unless you aren't responsible.
Cons
Still considered a startup... so there is that possibility of failure in the future. However company seems to have good vision in mind with massive funding, so it's not going away anytime in the next couple years.
