Low pay, no long term stability

no room for growth, no established processes or workflows, very disorganized, a distinct lack of ambition or vision across all teams and departments i've worked with, people who try to make changes to improve any of this typically burn out/give up quickly. HR/Management does not care about staff/employees no matter how passionate or how long you've worked there or how invaluable to the team you are, they would rather replace you with a person willing to make less money than give you a raise for your skills/ internal knowledge.
