      Knowledgeable employees, very nice coworkers, a dedication to the mission of the community colleges

      Cons

      The management is clueless and self serving. They make decisions without actually consulting the people they hired for their expertise. They lie to the subordinates and refuse to give them pay raises in line with new responsibilities.
