Pros
I have been an employee of Virginia Heart for 13 years. I love working here! My manager is the best person I've ever worked for and part of the reason I wouldn't want to leave. The practice does care about patients as well as employees. This a group of exceptional doctors. They took care of my grandparents and now my mom when they needed cardiovascular care. I wouldn't send anyone I know anywhere else. The benefit package they offer is really solid. My coworkers are also a big plus. I feel like my department is more like family than coworkers in many ways. Overall, this is a great place to work if you are looking for stability and you love being in the medical field.
Cons
The only con I would say is that advancement within in the practice can be challenging and can take a long time.
