      Pros

      Great company atmosphere. Team work. The cardiologists are the best I've ever worked with in my career.

      Cons

      Job can get monotonous. If you are looking for Monday-Friday with no real excitement, this is a great place. If you are further in your career and don't mind the same thing day to day, this is a great place to work.

      Pros

      If you have no intentions of moving up within a company and only want to do the bare minimum this is the job for you. The company doesn't reward hardwork and the only increases you can get are the yearly 1% increase for cost of living and maybe a bonus I'd you're lucky.

      Cons

      No opportunities for advancement, disconnect between upper level management and employees, high stress with minimal reward - pay not commensurate with work load
