Pros

Loved the people I worked with. Employee appreciation day was kind of nice. That's about all.

Cons

Basically a call center operator in a cubicle. Getting your workload completed simply meant more workload. Grossly underpaid while having "working weekends" added to your schedule. Training was a joke. Managers do little more than plop more emails in your inbox while reading everything outgoing for any typos to fuss at. Did enjoy the hour for lunch so I could sit and cry in my car while looking for other positions to apply to. Don't forget the out of pocket cost for an employee parking permit which was about $300 for 3 months. If you choose to leave the position, they yank your permit with no reimbursement for unused permit coverage as if THEY had purchased permits for their employees. Granted, I didn't need employee parking anymore as I was no longer an employee but why is it suddenly their property to seize when I had to paid for it?
