Pros

One pro was scheduling flexibility. As a busy student, I appreciated being able to work during breaks in my class schedule.

Cons

The students can make the job very draining when getting tutoring is required of them. If they don't want to be there, they definitely show it.

Pros

The role provided valuable opportunities to develop teaching skills, mentor students, and gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter. Responsibilities included leading discussion sections, grading assignments, and assisting professors with course management. The workload was manageable, and the support from faculty and fellow TAs made the experience even more enjoyable.

Cons

Sometimes the workload is a little too heavy.
