Get to help other students learn a subject and truly master it yourself. Pay is reasonable, and hours are often self-selected.

Cons

Experience is heavily dependant on which class you TA for. If you work in the CS lounge, can have trouble finding space to set up.

Large gap between the highest paid employees and the next level of employees ... if not in the highest level, it's hard to grow experience and salary.

Everything is good. Good place, fair payroll and great environment to work in. I would really recommend this place to be a place to work in.

Cons

Not enough salary. A part time job is about ten dollars an hour so the amount of salary could be improved a little bit.
