--Engaged student body --Interesting class material --Mentorship from experienced professors
Cons
--Hours can vary per week. Past issues have occurred with professors wanting students to "save up" any missed hours and apply them as directed, leading to some very long weeks of work during heavy parts of the term. This issue is currently in process of being addressed. --As with any GTA position, grading can be tedious and not all the work is stimulating.
