Pros

- The crew was very fun to work with (they literally can make or break this job) - the cows were great - offered a lot of hands on experience even if you had little to no previous experience - taught how to use farming equipment

Cons

-Have to work around the researchers which often complicated work. -The administration of Virginia tech would often butt heads with the managers of the farm which often left us confused on who we were supposed to listen to. -Virginia tech was often too cheap to get us stuff we actually needed in the farm - there is literally no movement in the job not really any opportunity for advancement or raises
