Pros

I work maximum of 20 hours a week, on top of being a full-time graduate student. In return, they pay my tuition in full, and I get paid a stipend which works out to $23/hour.

Cons

Always more work to do, they will make full use of the 20 hour cap.

Can be hard to get significant raises unless you switch jobs and/or departments, but one you get your foot in the door the opportunities for advancement are definitely available.
