Pros

They will schedule you around your classes, and are willing to accommodate if you need to take time off to do homework or study. Also, was free to solve problems my own way, without being micromanaged too much.

Cons

Older people will question technological solutions to problems, and sometimes being the hourly worker means doing some very boring tasks.

Pros

Many perks depending on the program you work with. Some of the pros included flex schedule, working from home as long as the 40 hrs were completed.

Cons

Limited professional growth. The possibility of growing was limited to few people. Compensation was extremely low for the amount of responsibility.
