      Lots of ways to hone or learn skills. Usually relaxed work environment.

      No path to advancement. No training for work requirements. Seasonal required extended hours. No overtime.

      Pros

      the class sizes are pretty small so every student who wants to learn can get attention. the work schedule can be very flexible so if you have small kids and you are in teaching, this is an ideal place.

      Cons

      Very low salary. There is a big ethical issue with the management. The management is after collecting donations and funds and not utilizing them properly. The standard of education is very low!
