Pros

Virtue Group has been a great start to my career. Been worked for 8 years, I had seen the company grew from a mid-size company into a full scale enterprise with a very rich and diverse clientele. That Growth helped me to get the exposure to large customers and helped me grow quickly to a project manager in a very short span. One thing I like the most is their philosophy of continuous learning with the dedicated training division for career growth. Something that all the Software companies should embrace upon. Feel privileged to be associated with them.

One of the most employee friendly companies I have ever worked with

Pros

Environment friendly; Professional attitude; Help available at all times; Training team helped me train in Business Analysis and placed me within 2 months of my training. They transfer H1b in 3 weeks and have a professional team working.

Cons

Had to wait for Marketing team to review my resume and then place me but they were constantly following up with me and the client.
