Learn resilience Strengthen your character Realize that there are plenty of companies out there that treat people well

Cons

Is it fair and acceptable for an employer to create such a stressful environment that it burns people out? Does a company have to be so incessantly demanding for it to be able to excel? Should not an employer feel accountable if the employees feel a sustained high-level of pressure and stress at work?

Worked with some amazing colleagues on some awesome projects

Cons

-Absolutely zero communication from upper management. -You're just a cog and numbers on a spreadsheet to C-Suit/Execs -No matter the level of community within your team and/or how much your client loves working with you, you will be laid off without advanced notice.

Pros

Good place to work in shanghai. Competitive salaries for the area. Studio is well placed downtown. Easy to propose idea to inovate and improve prosuction

Cons

There is no company culture. Top management communication is not clear. Same with company strategy that is not clear for most of the employees
