- Great work-life balance - Fun people, full of gamers - High autonomy and creativity in doing tasks

Cons

- Management and sales needs to be more data driven instead of relying on intuition. The market is constantly moving and there are hundreds of micro trends but some are more important to the overall picture than others, only data can help give an accurate overall sense - Frequent changes in upper management - Incompetence is tolerated - Salary is too low (but understandable to some extent for the work-life balance)
