      Pros

      I worked as a Senior Lead Software Engineer on the NYL account. I had a positive experience working with the client and enjoyed contributing to automation initiatives. However, I was looking for a work environment with greater autonomy, less administrative overhead, and more opportunities to make technical and leadership contributions. That’s one of the reasons I’m exploring new opportunities.

      Cons

      One challenge was the level of micromanagement, which sometimes reduced team autonomy and slowed decision-making. I generally perform best in environments where there is clear accountability, trust, and ownership. Despite that, I remained focused on delivering automation solutions and supporting the team’s goals.
