Good pay, great benefits, access to current technologies.

Cons

Teamwork is challenged, as others have said, SLOW decision making, internal competition can be stifling or scary. Be prepared to work 12 hours/day or whatever it takes to meet deadlines. Exhausting. You may not have a cube or office, but just open seating, however they may also allow you to work from home nearby on VPN as long as you can show up for meetings. Security paranoia is understandable and also one of the reasons it is so difficult to get things done. Data integration is tricky with systems all isolated by firewalls. And projects all locked down and secured. "Skip Level meeting", (unless you scheduled it) means you are getting canned.
