Pros

The positive spirit of all staff. Team collaboration to work through milestones. Pretty good Medical and Retirement benefits.

Cons

Too much redundancy in processes making getting things done difficult Too many fire drills that can be prevented if senior leaders have reports ample time when communicating action items. Not good on timely turnaround from leaders. Some will use excuse that they were busy to respond to communications sent 1+ week ago with regular follow ups.
