      Visa is the leader in the payments industry and as such allows me to learn and grow my skills. I have a lot of job satisfaction and I work with a great team.

      Cons

      Visa is still working to create a unified organization. There are still fiefdoms among the senior management team which can result in inconsistent employee experiences.
