Cons
This is a super aggressive environment. It is volatile, unpredictable and cut throat. Though touted as a "Technology Company," Visa still works in a "Financial Company" mentality and anyone who has worked in the finance industry knows that, in order to climb up the ladder, you need to step on some heads and fingers. Hard work alone will not get you there. Visa is no different. Don't expect to get anywhere unless you know the right people.
