I absolutely love working for Vishay. I love everything about my job down to the people I work with. Even management is amazing. Everyone is approachable and genuinely cares about the well being of their employees.

Cons

The only thing I would personally like vishay to improve is to raise wages in a way that would make their employees live noticeably better. Rather than compete on wages with McDonald's and Wal-Mart, they need to compete with places like BD

Good benefits at low cost to employees. Good work/life balance.

Cons

No room for growth. The manager was sexist and would listen to no one other than himself and his ideas. He was petty and had no respect for people's lives. Made a terrible work environment
