Pros

Nice dedicated line staff and workers that are dedicated to success. Good group of folks.

Cons

My opinion is that there was a lack of training, lack of setting expectations. Focus of management seemed to keep changing, priorities would change very fast, when fires were being put out.. There was a lack of answers to questions about work related items.

Friendly people, small company feel, learn a lot from experienced professionals, and opportunity to switch roles with experience.

Cons

Training informal/sink-or-swim. Complicated product takes time to learn. Greatness not rewarded and faults not punished.
