Excellent benefit package and employee wellness initiatives; Monthly "all-hands" Zoom meetings that involve every remote office. Friendly and accessible HR department.

Cons

If you are in a remote position, your immediate supervisor is the only person you really interact with, unless they bring in the regional supervisor. There is very little concern for anything but the project.
