-CEO is more focused on redecorating the office to his liking and trying to force everyone to be in one big open room with no personal space than on keeping good employees.
-After this year's November RIF, a good number of managers (VP and Director level) were laid off. Those that were not laid off have either left on their own or are desperately looking to leave. Also after this year's November RIF, the only Human Resources employee was laid off. How do you have barely any management and no Human Resources in a company?
-All Human Resources is now outsourced to a company out of state, so if you have an issue that needs to be addressed, all you can do is call a phone number.
-Benefits are absolutely terrible and expensive. It feels as if they just keep taking more and more away too.
-There is no 401k match or bonuses and most likely will never be.
-Employees are being forced to take on new roles that they do not want and never asked to be considered for. If they don't take these roles, they are made to feel as if they won't have a job anymore.
-The current CEO (and yes, I say current since he is CEO #4 in less than 2 years) is unprofessional and treats employees as if they are "bad" children.
-There is nothing but lies told during the employee meetings to the staff. Be honest with how poorly the company is doing and what direction, if any, the company is going in.
-Poor financial management. The company spends more than what it makes.
-You are left to fend for yourself here. There is no training for any department. New employees come in and are forced to teach themselves everything they need to know.
-There is no recognition for employees here anymore besides an occasional email regarding specific people.
-There is nothing left here to make people want to stay.
