No recognition for hard work, no COLA, poorly acquired company and mis-managed. Quite a bit of finger pointing with upper management. Work performed by women are paid FAR less than the men who perform the same duties... Not an EQUAL Opportunity Employer

Upper management talks the talk but does little more than finger-pointing while they keep watching sales and product management make the same mistakes over and over. The product concept is great but the product itself is poorly designed and suffers serious quality issues. The customers are over promised functionality that is seldom delivered and VGSI would find it difficult to obtain a single good recommendation. Nearly every customer of their latest product is very dissatisfied and customers are leaving or reverting to the old product. People with experience and skills have been summarily dismissed without warning for being outspoken about problems in the organization and the desire to make them better. The technology is hardly cutting edge and is a poor career choice.
