my immediate team and the opportunities to work for large companies in the banking sector

Cons

HR team demonstrated a lack of empathy and understanding. During times when I sought assistance with personal matters or work-related challenges, I found their responses to be dismissive and unsupportive. Instead of providing guidance and working towards a resolution, they often brushed off my concerns as insignificant.

Although I enjoy being a part of Visionet, the only way to receive promotions or employee benefits is by engaging in citthroat politics. The company and particularly the HR seems to be uninterested in promoting talented individuals, possibly due to the fear of competition. This toxic environment built by and encouraged by horrible HR policies has employees sees each other as adversaries, with politics taking precedence over serving clients
