- laid back, slow-paced environment during the summer of 2022(due to market slow-down) - knowledgeable managers - one free lunch monthly and free popcorn every Friday - 3-5% yearly raises

Cons

- no growth opportunity - poor training - inability to prove yourself - no remote positions
