      Pros

      You grow as you perform. You can achieve very good role, position and salary if you keep on right track that is profitable for company.

      Cons

      Bad IT sales team. Could not secure good projects even after having excellent delivery track. Closing is too bad. Numerous leads are wasted just because of insufficient follow ups.

      No one is paid the same African Americans are paid less than others then excuses are always made when it comes to pay raises people quit every day which is completely understandable you are not allowed to speak your mind and management will try to intimidate you beware of the visionet terror

      You get to learn a lot, You get to work on newer technologies and have excellent team mates to work with.

      Cons

      Salaries are very low, No Bonuses, No reward of successful projects. Growth is very hard.
