Pros

They give the freedom to manage and take responsibility of my work without any micromanagement. Organization supports our ideas and thoughts related to improvement. Got to learn many things as we are the client facing and no third person in between. Of course this differs from project to project. Motivates employees by providing quarterly appreciation and awards to those who deserve (based on skills and knowledge) it.

Cons

Need more projects where Visionet takes the lead and responsibility with the minimal involvement of the other Visionet counterparts .
