Offers good salary. No extra perks

Cons

This is one of the worst companies I have worked in. Though they pay good but has the worst and unqualified management. They don't have as many projects as they claim. They are hiring around the year but once the candidate joins the company they make them sit on bench for 3-4 months minimum. You are continuously on HR and management's radar. Even if you get any project, it would hardly match with your experience.
