      No evident pros except that you get good creative environment to work which is marred by the management short term interests

      The management inherent interest is to grow the Pakistan business. Everybody is only interested in growing Pakistan business due to their personal stakes. It leaves no long term options for any other employees. In all calls, you only hear collaboration lecture while the reality is that the management is interested in growing their home business where everybody makes money. There is no respect and interest in employee growth. You will be there as long as they see opportunity to exploit you.
