      Pros

      Excellent work culture. Company offers reasonable work hours and flexibility, especially post-pandemic. Senior Management is really supporting and provide support as much as needed Many teams have a collaborative culture where colleagues are willing to help and support one another. Internal training modules and certifications are often available to upskill.

      Cons

      The company does not have a very large or diverse set of clients, which can limit exposure to new projects and domains.

      It’s such an amazing experience working with Visionet that I’ve received a great deal of support and encouragement from the management that helped me grow and achieve success in my career with Visionet. The company’s culture is conducive to the growth and development of its employee. Management is transparent enough to its employees and provides a proper guidance throughout the career in helping upskill the skillsets as to what cutting edge technology has to offer to be well equipped as an individual, as a team and as a company to outgrow its business and its reach! It’s truly a great place to work and grow! Thanks
