      Positive on Many Fronts

      Pros

      From what I have observed work life balance depends on the project that you are on. The biggest positive of the company is the compensation, bonuses and incentives are really good. Visionet has a lot of good policies but unfortunately due to the not so active and biased HR the policies only remains on paper.

      Work environment is positive and the team leaders go a longway in ensuring a sense of ownership. There is monthly team lunch Company is very good and have received a bonus every six months since I joined.

      There is a lot of partiality with the HR. Follow-ups are frustrating
