Visionet gave me an opportunity to enhance my leadership quality and explore my true potential of setting up things from the very beginning of the process rather than just providing a pre defined process. This has helped me develop my planning and decision making skills as well.

Cons

Lack of proper office infrastructure with outdated PCs. Lack of internal branding for the employees, employees do not get anything that would associate them with the organization apart from the ID Card. For example, we did not even receive a laptop bag when we got our laptops.
