Management is considerate of connection between employees personal circumstances and work/life balance necessary to fulfill or exceed work responsibilities. Health Benefits for employees are some of the best I have seen in my 42 years in the work force. HR department is easy to approach and willing to assist and resolve any employee issues. Overall, work environment is pleasant and safe.

Cons

Phenomenal growth ( not a bad thing), physical space cannot keep up with growth Can be very distracting when several business conversations or phone meetings are being held in open cubicles where all can hear
