      Pros

      Nothing much to say except they pay salaries on time, nice office and good coffee.

      Cons

      Long hours, don't keep their promises, favoristim, no breaks. Work life balance is very poor. If you are close to the top management then you might get extra perks otherwise nobody would even recognize you.

      Pros

      You can stretch your limits, learn a lot of new things in a short span, and grow rapidly. The management is good, encourages new ideas, quick decisioning, etc.

      Cons

      Not many outing and fun activities. There is no senior person in the HR. The existing HR head lacks experience to manage such a large operations.
