      1) Career Growth: The attrition rate is relatively low. Management has been proactive with me and others in career mapping and skill development 2) Benefits: Compensation is good and a host of benefits like medical coverage and support for external upskilling 3) Opportunities: Visionet will take a chance on people who show persistence and ability. They will either promote you, put up in a new division or invest in upskilling you. This is from personal experience
