Pros
1. flexible hours. As long as your completing your work and attending meetings on time, you can do pretty much what you want. 2. helpful colleagues. You can walk upto anyone with a question and provided they dont have a deadline in the next hour, they will always take out the time to help you
Cons
HR made a lot of promises about bonuses and yearly increments that weren't true or atleast very rare happenings were made to seem like the norm.
