Good work life balance. The company has excellent performance based incentives, which provides you much higher earning opportunities compare to any other company.

Cons

Sometimes new policies and procedures are not communicated well in advance. Although a lot of improvement is seen over a period of time.

Horrible, pathethic people and management, starting from Mr Bansal to the leadership team , this compnay has no vision and nothing to offer, every one is a puppet, you cant say your opinion, view if you open your mouth you are fired the next day

Pros

Visionet systems is multinational IT and ITES organization which is on high growth trajectory. Core strength of the organization is it's focus. I have worked with the biggest names in the IT services , have received several awards but Visionet stands out in terms of sharp focus it has maintained over last 20 years only on select domains. This focus brings in a depth. It is like working with adults - unlike working with a factory of freshers that I have experienced before in this industry. The management is mature and accessible. This kind of work environment also expects a certain depth and maturity from the employees which may or may not be everyone's cup of tea.

Cons

Strong depth , maturity and higher standards force in a bar in terms of quality and expectations which may not go in well with every one. During last few years, I have seen IT industry becoming like a "Bus stand" - any one can walk in, get trained in a few packages here and there, and they can board the Global IT services bandwagon. This one is a slightly different game where in bar is higher.
