      Pros

      Great place to learn and find the right career path. Management prefers self-initiative and that in return helps a new graduate to gain confidence in the real world.

      Cons

      Office politics, top management fighting among themselves and such news is often leaked to Junior staff, which creates a cloud of confusion and overall kills the morale.
