      Pros

      Visionet has been around for a really long time and has good long term relationships with its client base. Resource are given ample chance to prove their worth and grow within the company.

      Cons

      Company with its core technical skills and amount of time it has been in the market should have grown at a quicker pace

      Pros

      This is the right time to work for Visionet if you want to not only build your career but want to make a difference how the organization is run. But this has its own challenges. The top management has very high expectations and it can sometimes be difficult to deliver. If you are good and hard-working, you would get lot of opportunities, management support and growth. The management is very direct and upfront, so you can expect direct feedback, which is great to improve quickly, but can take you aback. The culture in Visionet is developing as high performance with high rewards. The good performers who are in line-of-sight of management can grow exponentially. Being a stable organization, there is good job security and lots of learning. If you are mid to senior level executive and looking for a jump in your career, it is a great place to work for.

      Cons

      This is not suitable for people who are looking for an easy-going job. There is no place to hide if you are 2-3 levels in the line of top management. The working hours are not many, and there is flexibility to work from home (outside your standard hours), it can be mentally stressful at times. The HR team is not very active, so day-to-day HR issues are not sorted out quickly.

      Pros

      Very good for freshers to join this company because they can learn many things. Leaders, managers, HR, Admin and IT were always supportive with us. In my 1yr period of this company, I have seen changes which maid them one of fastest growing company in market.

      Cons

      Only concern is Salary because other companies which are in same level with this company are paying very good salaries for freshers.
