      Pros

      Very good for freshers to join this company because they can learn many things. Leaders, managers, HR, Admin and IT were always supportive with us. In my 1yr period of this company, I have seen changes which maid them one of fastest growing company in market.

      Cons

      Only concern is Salary because other companies which are in same level with this company are paying very good salaries for freshers.

      ...Yet to find out anything good. And still the company's management has to reform it is principles completely and diligently.

      Cons

      Been in the Mortgage Industry for more than 5 years and worked in different organizations. Came here due to a friend’s reference and made a huge mistake. Had an intuition that this was not the right place to be from the first day. No one talks to you in the reception even after you submit your profile. It took nearly 2 hours just for the HR to call us in to take information. With all the concern and mixed feeling I joined the company but later it was terrible experience in every aspect, hence had to change the company within a year due to a unprofessional and unstructured management. Sorry to say but guys please enquire thoroughly before getting into these kind of environments.
