      Pros

      My Father passed away from COVID in December of 2020 and I have to say talking to my team lead and boss was hard and upsetting for myself and letting both of them know that the Doctors we not giving my dad long to live because he was moved to hospice. I have to say they were both understanding and compassionate.

      Lack of communication in departments and what the employees were doing from one project to another.
