Pros
Few Good Projects/Clients, few Good Higher management and strategies but there are very few loose dirty ends at management that damages the reputation of the Organisation at its Brand value. I feel so sad for VN. Lack of vision to grab opportunities due to loose end's personal and financial interests rather working towards Organisational benefit. Loose ends puts others at risk by being safe side, that jeopardizes ones career for loose ends benefits. Loose ends who acts as leadership/Client-side-face at Offshore/xxx to be cleaned off, only then the Organisation will grow, since the client themselves are complaining internally about VN's management's loose ends behavior. For 6 months, its a good company, beyond they will fire you anyways.(sorry about that), which is neither Higher managements fault not teams fault, but middle layered Fox-game.
Cons
Not to mention, Certain 3 year old fox needs to be counselled, since he is treating Company and revenue is only his personal share, but not as Organisational, Growth and protecting Brand-Value. As others mentioned Internal politics are very toxic at his level, due to which no one Fox cares about VN Brand-Value/Reputation.
