Cons
Very rigid salary ranges and the top tier isn't bothered to listen to your arguments related to inflation they have just cut off salary ranges defined years ago. whenever you tell them this is not enough they told you they were getting very low in the year 2000 or so, so they say that you are in heaven without considering it's a whole new world and inflation is sky high.
