      * They are well reputed, so great for you provided you want to cash in the name. * You will get to learn some of the trending technologies although hands-on exposure is subjective to team you are part of. * Intellectual colleagues to learn from in some teams. *

      Cons

      * No work-life balance. Working on US timezones is the norm on top of that you are still expected to do over time sometimes despite calling off that late. Moreover, managers also considers you to be available Incase there is some incident that is reported not to mention following US calander (minus some major holidays), meaning you need to be available on Eids and other special occasions as well. * Extreme political environment. Varying team to team, there are definitely favourites (mostly early joiners). Task dumping is quite common. Sometime you feel like you are just working under the hood, while the credit is given somewhere else. * Micromanagement. Very common to ping to check availability as well as asking for frequent updates and giving no room to learn and adjust. Also the blame game is on despite of no KT sessions.
