Cons
They will assign you unrealistic tasks that are impossible to complete in a short duration. If you say the work will take 4 to 5 months, management will respond that the sales team promised to complete it in 2 months. Project managers are non-technical and will pressure you to meet the specified timeframe. The behavior of project leads is very rude. If you provide a proper justification regarding the time required, they will involve you in unpleasant arguments. Within a week, the delivery manager will send you to HR and force you to resign. In my 15 years of experience, I have never seen such an environment.
