      The opportunities Visionet provides can put your learning on the fast lane and provide you a great career. They have developed a great management team, which is both capable and motivated. Great company to make a difference.

      Pros

      Visionet is still growing and trying to find its identity, so there are a lots of opportunities to grow and take additional responsibilities as the company grows. The company has been making good investments in technology and people. The companies in the similar business, even larger companies, are not able to find the balance of technology, process and people, which Visionet is able to do, so it makes it a great possibility that the company might emerge as one of the top few companies to work for.

      Cons

      As the company is still in growth phase, so it becomes difficult to predict the changes and how it may impact individuals.

      If your able to work in Night shift then go for it.

      1.If u wanna learn Mortgage, then go for it. 2.We can take break at any time.

      Cons

      1.Lot of Politics - You don't know, who is watching you. 2.They prefer only guys with Local Language. 3.Worst environment. 4.Work pressure. 5.You want to work continue even if you complete the shift and they provide less OT amount. 6.Complete Night shift, because it's a US process. So you should work only in night only don't even think about the DAY in your entire LIFE. 7.Less Package.
